The restaurant will hold 40-65 quite comfortably for private party dinners. The set up for the tables is black tablecloths with rose colored napkins, crystal candles & orchids. A sample menu is shown below as a four course meal.

Appetizer Platters (includes all on each table)
Sashimi Tuna Sesame crusted seared rare with fresh gingered soy & wasabi
Steak Bruchetta Roma tomatoes, fresh basil & extra-virgin olive oil with thin slices of marinated tenderloin
Sicilian Sausage

Sweet & spicy sausage with caramelized onions, roasted peppers, topped with mozzarella cheese & a balsamic reduction


Soup or Salad (choice)
Lobster Bisque Soup or Caesar Salad


Entrees (choice)
Filet au Poivre 8 oz. Filet rolled in cracked peppercorns with a cognac & portabella demi
Fresh Sea Bass Pan seared in white wine & served with an Orange Berre-Blanc sauce
Pollo Lauren Fire roasted chicken breast stuffed with roasted peppers & gorgonzola cheese


Dessert (choice)
Marquise au Chocolat A dense chocolate ganache of Belgian Callebaut and inside are three layers of dark chocolate genoise soaked in rum.
Key Lime Calypso Made with Key Lime mousse, vanilla genoise and a chocolate weave textrure.


The cost for the food is $50.00 per person sans tax & gratuity. The bar is open and based separately. The restaurant will be closed to the public.
