Patrick took what was once an old 1940's home on St. Pete Beach and freshly transformed it into Patrick's Bayside Grill. A non-smoking restaurant with a covered veranda, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, oak wainscoting and a fireplace makes Patrick's the ideal place for those special times.
You can look at Patrick's simply: food is good. On its own or with wine, food adds texture to our daily rituals and ceremonializes life's occasions. Yet it is its complexities that we extol. We take delight in the basic difference among chefs.
Our diners don't just consume, they savor. They relish the subtleties: the aroma, taste and presentation. It is said that good times are made better with good food. We also believe that good food merits good times.
